Raquel Hatfield practices in the areas of general civil litigation, labor and employment law, and business law.  Raquel works closely with her clients and regularly advises them on all aspects of compliance with labor and employment laws.  Raquel also defends clients in litigation in state and federal courts throughout California.  She also regularly represents clients in administrative claims, including claims before the State Labor Commissioner and the Employment Development Department.

Raquel was born and raised in Hughson, California. Raquel’s work ethic and determination was embedded in her at an early age by her immigrant parents. Raquel and her husband Nick farm almonds and live on their farm in Modesto, California. Nick and Raquel’s greatest accomplishment are their three amazing children: Nathan, Audree and Mateo and fur babies Benny, Charlie and Chloee. Raquel values the quality time that she gets to spend with her family and friends, hosting events and drinking craft beer.
