Raquel Hatfield practices in the areas of general civil litigation, labor and employment law, and business law.  Raquel works closely with her clients and regularly advises them on all aspects of compliance with labor and employment laws.  Raquel also defends clients in litigation in state and federal courts throughout California.  She also regularly represents clients in administrative claims, including claims before the State Labor Commissioner and the Employment Development Department.
